Slots- og Ejendomsstyrelsen (SES), with approx. 1.600.000 m², distributed among owned and leased office properties and palaces, has a great number of restoration and renovation projects. SES increasingly makes use of digital tendering and has just reached their 50th completed digital tender.
"The workload, and therein, the costs of the many projects' tender processes, has been substantially eased through the digitisation, and this frees up more time for the core competencies of SES and of the affiliated advisors' employees", says John Corell Nilsson, Property Coordinator at SES.
All forms of tenders can be conducted via Docia/RIB regardless of tender type and size. The digital tender process is far more efficient for both tendering authority and tenderers, the risk for unintentional errors is minimal, and there are significant resource and financial savings to be had.
