Digital Handover will ensure successful submission of Bella Sky Comwell
Bella Center has carried out Scandinavia's biggest hotel construction to date, comprised of two impressive towers, each of which stretch 76.5 metres each into the sky. With its 814 designer guest rooms, 30 meeting and conference rooms, spa and fitness centre, 3 restaurants and a Sky Bar on the 23rd floor, Bella Sky Comwell has become a prominent landmark in Denmark's new district, Ørestaden. Bella Sky Comwell was designed by the renowned architecture firm 3XN and built in collaboration with Rambøll A/S and EKJ Rådgivende Ingeniører A/S.
Bella Center chose to employ Digital Handover to ensure effective and systematised data collection of operational information. When operational information is collected and stored digitally, clients have clear, structured and well-documented operational material and, in turn, are prepared to use and operate Bella Sky Comwell immediately.
Bella Sky Comwell and Bella Center choose CoreFM for Operations and Maintenance.
To perform operations and maintenance assignments, the client has chosen to implement O&M solution, CoreFM. CoreFM offers clients a complete overview and total control over all O&M assignments via well-designed operational plans. For that purpose, the client has chosen to use the new CoreFM App for Smartphones and thus, have assignments and reports sent directly to the operational staff performing the tasks. This new feature not only saves time but also reduces operational costs.
When all operational information surrounding Bella Sky Comwell is submitted, the hotel's 44.173 m2 will be operated using CoreFM, and Bella Center's 122.000 m2 will be connected subsequently, in January of 2012.
